@tradewatch2 A VPN will not affect the plugin at all. While the extension *can* read the websites you browse, it only uses this data locally to power the session history feature within the extension options.

@13lach No sorry. You will need to backup/export all your tabs with another extension like session buddy. Uninstalling the great suspender will lose all your tabs so be careful!

@greatsuspender hi I'm going to reset my computer soon, can I backup bookmarked great suspender tabs and open them later if I reinstall the extension? Thanks!

@kermaani This has been fixed but you may not have the most recent version. You can try installing and then reinstalling from the webstore. But this will cause you to lose all suspended tabs! So unsuspend them all first.

@greatsuspender Hey. I like the extension and want to donate using Bitcoin Cash but I don't see it as an option. The BTC fees are currently way too high for me to use it.

@greatsuspender is there anyway to turn off automatic restore of tabs when extensions crash? Since the last big update that has been driving me nuts. Extensions crash a lot in chrome.

@MvonPreussen You mean update to v7.0? I'm really sorry that you lost tabs. The new version will be able to warn you about updates in advance which should prevent this from happening again.

@PureMIBOX It seems ok to me? Just to be clear, it should only suspend eligible tabs in the current window. If you're still having problems, the best thing to do is raise an issue on gitHub: github.com/deanoemcke/the…

For a "lightweight chrome extension", @greatsuspender was just using a gigabyte of RAM.
