Hey Twitter - Help me out here if you can. I’ve got a great job advertised, awesome team, good pay and some massive job satisfaction. It’s physical but not crazy. Would suit someone wanting a change from farming or wanting to advance in any practical role. Do you know someone?

Once I returned to camp 2, my health took a dip - I seemed to pick up a chest infection, so the decision was made to get me back to Kathmandu for immediate treatment - not the way I wanted to leave the mountain or my team That being said, very few people get the opportunity to fly in a helicopter over the #Khumbu icefall - this really gives you the incredible scale of the icefall and #Everest Base Camp Thanks to everyone for your brilliant support - I didn’t bring home the bacon, and I am still processing the profound disappointment, but I am proud of our team and I am proud of the decisions I made on the mountain. I came back in (mostly) good health and I still have all of my fingers/toes 3/3

Really good to be at the Align Regen field day today to hear all about what they’re up to and learning. Really cool they’re brave & bold enough to open source all that information for us to benefit from.

@grant_farquhar @deanrabbidge @duncanyzf20 We feel we have handicapped both systems by 50-100MS/P/Ha. We are regrassing the same amount per year on each side. We are a commercial business with a truck load of debt so long term economics of both systems is critical. Truth is in the middle.

@grant_farquhar @deanrabbidge @duncanyzf20 Yes, agree it’s early days. For context we have been operating without urea for 4 season now. Certainly looking to push the conventional forward. One caveat we spoke about is that we have found it hard to run both system well with the trail.

Good morning @Fonterra Just had a wee idea in the night. Since so many are struggling with food, housing, fuel costs right now, how about, for the month of April, we set up an option to donate Farmsource $ to foodbanks. (Say 1/2 to region of donation, 1/2 to Auck)

Also appears our SR is too low on Regen and missing milk opportunities, plenty of silage being cut. Frustrating in this payout environment

@bartjevandeven Planted a few of these crops over last 3-5 years. My view is regardless of yield only ever 5T available. Providing your over 6T for that matter.

1st day on our multi crop and there’s a lot of wastage😅😅 any ideas?? Sure they will get better at it but I’m a stress pot 🤣🤣🤙🏻 video coming up…

@RebeccaKelsall By professional presentation I mean not just throwing a piece of A2 paper across the table and not being able to understand it or articulate it. Doing some prior research into how it could add value to your business not just how it did to someone in your area.

@RebeccaKelsall First and foremost, Respecting all people in the business rather than just the decision maker. Understanding from the farmers position not just repeating a flashy presentation the sales manager showed them the day prior. Professional approach to data presentation.

@m_herbert Ironically Westland sold for $0.06 less than the current Synlait share price less than 2 years ago. Westland was at their knees. Synlait have some work to do.
