Government is striving for the welfare of people and one of the measures is to easy the process by making it online and next step is to address their grievance but here both the mechanism has failed. Kindly look in to the issue Sir

Contacted minnagam and was shocked to hear when they ask to go and meet the concerned to resolve the issue.when I informed them that it is for proper for minnagam to reply like this instead of taking my complaint they say they are not bothered if I raise complaint on minnagam.

@ByjusSupport @ByjusSupport @BYJUS I have raised my issues on 9 th of May,23. People are watching your attitude and the way you treat parents who enroll their kids in your coaching center. I had cancelled my sons enrolment on April'2023, but yet to get proper refund break-up detail and refund

@ByjusSupport 1. My son was enrolled at BTC, Avadi last year in 5th grade coaching. I was promissed all the support including improving his handwritting etc. later, his 5th report card came with B2 grade. No, follow up from BTC to complete his home works.

@ByjusSupport @ByjusSupport @BYJUS. Ten days have passed since I posted my query. I got a call on the first day. They heard my query and told that they will call back in 04 days and resolve the issue. Still waiting for their call.

@ByjusSupport 5. Senior Manger from @BYJUS contacted but was not friendly and didn't give proper response. Now, whenever I call customer care call gets routed to BTC avadi and they reply that they can't decide on this issue. I am made to make numerous calls and frequent mails with no feedback

4. Even after repeated requests through mail and calls they didn't give the break-up of the refund amount. The refund amount turned out to be 1/3 rd of the amount paid. where as my son pursued for 1 year only that too with soo service from @BTC_Avadi and @BYJUS .

3. Now, I had cancelled his enrollment from 6th grade ( enrolement done for 3 years from 5th to 7th grade). @byjus agreed to cancel my sons enrolment and refund the balance amount. Every thing went fine till this point, after this only the problem started with @ByjusSupport .

2. When contacted they that we need to take care for his studies at home. Which is true but when we joined at BTC, we said we don't have time to pay individual attention to him at home thats why we enrolled in @byjus. They promissed to fulfill all our queries and request.

Met Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw today with two issues- 1) Service matters of Railway Engineers 2) Setting up of a Passenger Halt at Taraboi Village in Jatni Assembly Segment on Khurda Road- Bolangir rail route. Had a good discussion. Was assured of all support. Will follow up.
