No one around, and those staff who were were so incredibly rude, dismissive and unhelpful. @HeathrowAirport however 20 mins to go through security and collect bags… - take note @iah. Totally unacceptable.

Never had such poor service and transfer as I did at at @iah this morning. Me and around 20 others had to sprint for our connecting flight to London after an incredibly long security wait and several persons actually missing it @united 1/2
