21 months, 7 failed production runs, and more stress than we ever imagined—all for the clear can. Worth it?

It is genuinely unacceptable as an eCommerce brand in 2026 to not be utilizing SMS marketing. Text messages are the single place where your brand has a 100% chance of being seen. I don’t care if you only want to send one SMS campaign per month. Start collecting phone numbers at the very least.

If your Klaviyo isn't performing how you want, drop everything and do these 3 things: 1. Optimize Your Popup - Kill the boring offer (looking at you "10% off"). Switch to something that actually grabs attention. Try a Mystery Offer if you haven't. 2. Set Up Your Foundational Flows - Welcome Series, Site Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Abandon Cart, Abandon Checkout, and Post-Purchase. 3. Send 3-5 Campaigns Per Week - Mix educational, social proof, and conversion-based content to drive more sales. The biggest brands on the internet nail these fundamentals, and they consistently test the above to make them better.

Klaviyo Hack #12: Who to NEVER Take Email Inspiration From If a brand can afford to lose, never take email inspiration from them. Take inspiration from the brands where every dollar is measured. My favorite brands as of late (pull email inspiration from these): 👉 Gruns 👉 ISLE 👉 PrAna 👉 ASYSTEM 👉 Everyday Dose

Klaviyo is not flows and campaigns. Klaviyo is a machine. Deliverability, popups, flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, and so much more. When a part of the machine is broken, it affects the entire machine. Fix the machine to win at the highest level.

Ever heard of the "Hyper-Buying Cycle"? It's a brief period immediately after a customer makes a purchase when their buying resistance is lowest, and their openness to additional purchases is highest. We capitalize on this cycle for almost every client of ours with a simple post-purchase email, which unlocks an extra $5,000-$10,000 per month in incremental revenue. I made a step-by-step document + video showing you exactly how to implement it for your brand (no opt-in required): docs.google.com/document/d/15L… Implement this in 5-10 minutes, and make your brand more revenue today ☝️

My dev is a machine. Shows up every morning with a bagel. Locks in for 6 straight hours. Then pops into my office for 5 min, reports on what he crushed, what’s breaking, what’s next. Back to his desk. Codes till dinner. Eats and then right back to battle station. Then repeat 🔄 No calendar invites. No forced “syncs.” Just execution and quick meets NEVER could’ve built this flow over Zoom. In person >>>>

It’s such a case-by-case basis. During a high volume time like BFCM, you can usually do multiple resends because people quickly forget about what you sent previously. In general, I only resend an email once in a short window of time (example: a 7 day period) But if it’s been a while (multiple months since you sent the resend), you can usually resend it again!

Klaviyo Hack #1: RESEND Your Emails This email generated $11,000+, and it took 30 seconds to create. Same segment. Same creative. Different subject line. Your audience barely remembers what they ate for lunch. They won't remember that you previously sent the same email. Steps: 1. Duplicate a high-performing email from the last 30 days 2. Change the subject line 3. SEND IT AND MAKE MORE MONEY
