@united your app does not work for checking in passengers, your kiosks in Toronto don't work either. Long line up, people are missing their flight and your front desk hasn't prioritized the most urgent passengers and is blaming them instead for not being on time.

@united And again this morning United in Toronto is a mess with line ups, online checking not working. Mothers waiting with babies and clearly stressed. Very slow line up. Air Canada has an ordered line but United can't get organized apparently...

@united He told passengers we were required to be there 3h before the flight, which isn't true as it is 60min, and if the check-in app works then even less time.

@united Yes. The agent supervisor in Toronto was unhelpful and rude, accusing passengers of being late when that was because we waited in line due to the kiosks and app not working. I could easily had made my flight had he prioritized late passengers, but he refused to do that.
