@stephen_richer @BasedMikeLee Oddly, Republicans in Arizona, Utah and I am sure many other states have dominated mail in voting. It solidified Republican leadership for decades.

Utah has had universal vote by mail since 2012. You became US Senator in 2011. You did not start talking about vote by mail until one person lost. You don’t base this on conversations with any past or present county clerks from Utah (almost all of whom are Republican). And you don’t base this on any law enforcement action. Please, I beg you, stop playing to the lowest common denominator. It has a real impact on the people in your state running elections. And it has a real impact on your state’s voter confidence.

I would offer that Alex Pretti putting his body—with his hands up—between a woman and the BP agent who had just violently shoved her into the snow, offer stark competing visions of manhood. Pretti, a nurse caring for veterans, who took a face full of pepper spray to shield that woman, is a much better masculine ideal that the masked coward shoving the woman and executing a man on his knees. MAGA may venerate the latter, but most people in a healthy society want the former.

What Democrats fundamentally don’t understand: Americans voted to remove illegals from the country. All of them. Our border and our generosity was taken advantage of by traitors, cartels, and conmen. We’re not putting up with it anymore. They have to go home.

@DonnaBarford Umm it’s the law. No one individual can supersede the law. President and pauper alike are beholden to the law. The law and order party should understand it. Individual liberty has been the hallmark of the platform for decades.

@elonmusk You seem to forget that we are a Constitutional Republic that uses democratic principles to elect people to office. The rule of law is significantly more important than who wins the election.

Something needs to be done to stop the repeated and egregious violation of democracy by the judiciary. That is obvious to all.

@StephenM It is the basic principle of the separation of powers. The legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch implements the laws and the judiciary ensures that the laws and their enforcement abide by the constitution which the administration is clearly violating.

Under what theory of the constitution does a single marxist judge in San Francisco have the same executive power as the Commander-in-Chief elected by the whole nation to lead the executive branch? No such theory exists. It is merely naked judicial tyranny.
