You know who else is in the top 1%, artists, like singers. So, seize all their money, cars, homes, etc. Then have Taylor Swift, Sarah Carpenter, Billie Eilish (especially her), Drake, and the Weeknd all get paid a flat $150k to perform to do what they do.

Calling billionaires “the minority destroying America” is lazy thinking. Bezos, Musk, Gates, and Zuckerberg’s companies employ nearly 2 million people directly and millions more indirectly. Their wealth is not hoarded cash. It is equity in productive companies that create jobs and services people actually use. The U.S. government takes in $5 trillion a year. If poverty and suffering were just a money problem, they would already be solved. Scapegoating the rich is easier than admitting bad policy, broken incentives, and institutional failure. Billionaires are not destroying the country. Failed institutions are more at fault.
