@united There are 100 people who have not eaten all day and still have nowhere to sleep tonight. There is a complete lack of information. The whole situation is completely disgraceful.

@gretchenmbauer While waiting to get passengers back on their way, the crew reached the maximum number of hours allowed to work by the FAA; delaying the flight overnight. We are providing overnight stay and passengers are being transported to their hotels. (2/2) ^VK

@united How is the crew leaving the passengers stranded in a country with no United agent at the airport to answer or support the passengers.

@united Yes we know. You had to dump fuel and so then we needed more but that could not be done accurately on your plane and with available crews. The response for passengers has been utterly disorganized and painful to most.

@united Airlines has 250 stranded passengers gets in Dakar who should be in Accra. No one has oversight and no one cares.

@united Not really. We had to taxi to a hotel. Some are still waiting 10 hours later for a bus. Uncertainty over hotels and can’t imagine how tomorrow morning will go when we have to get back to the airport.
