First new actual selfie in a year. A year from the time I decided my absence from anyone's lives would no longer have much effect. I'd finished serving my main purpose, the rest of my life would just be killing time till the inevitable... A LOT of things led to that ultimate "crashout". Rift Riders was supposed to be an ongoing story I wanted to stay around to finish but stalled out for some reason. The vtubing success had come to a screeching halt when @fyzzgiggidy was stolen from me. Trying to be entertaining on YouTube had started feeling like work instead of fun. Cancer had taken what I felt made me feminine, and instantly aged me 10 extra years. Ex traded me up for a younger, cuter version not long after the last surgery because I became boring, but didn't bother informing me until much later. (I adore her, though, so it's aight.) I'd already withdrawn from everyone/ thing. My apartment had become a dump for various reasons. My medication clearly wasn't working and my insurance was causing lapses in refills. And then my only child left the nest in pursuit of a very dangerous career... (I've decided to get it all off my chest, broken up into 3 tweets.) 1/3

Book might get done, backers will be refunded if not, in which case, I’ll start looking for artists myself, or see about other deals. But I genuinely hope it does get made. I’d love to see it.

If he didn’t want to sign the agreement Robert proposed, why have his lawyer draft a doc that *we* never see, and know nothing about? Why would it have bearing at all? What’s its point?

It had been 3 years since he had a teleplay script to draw from, then another 2 years since he’d had a comic script to draw from. We were tired of the standstill.

So how it related to the book, and for what, I don’t know. I was only aware of our licensing agreement, which Robert and I signed, and I was later told, Anthony did not. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@MicedVolvos @DarkGiftComics I thought I’d be clearer here. When IGG shut down the campaign, the backers funds were disbursed into the only bank account attached to it, which belonged to Anthony. That’s what I meant by ‘I never saw any of it’. I don’t know what became of the funds.
