Yeah, who knows what $15 could become, for some folks who can't afford that much at the moment, an airdrop might be nice for them. But, also, I imagine most people are just going to sell their airdrop anyway. They already got their subscriber role, right? Probably better to burn and benefit all the current dorks. To be honest, from what I've seen in all my token hodling days, burning isn't terribly sustainable. Eventually it's just up to the team to support the token long term and give people reasons to pickup more and use it. And it's up to holders to buy and use it in some fashion.
