@griffij09 @McDonaldsUK @UberrEats Responsibility lies with the retailer. If you purchased from McDonald's, it's down to them who they chose to deliver their service. McDonald's cannot shirk that responsibility and should give you an explanation why they do not consider themselves the retailer

@ubereats_uk Good evening I have sent UEs a private message but no reply. I order food from McDonalds on Sat 28th Mar they use UE for deliver the food never arrived and I am down over £20 who do I need to speak to Mc D's say it is UE problem Thanks Joel
