@British_Airways ‘Delayed’ luggage lost on my outbound flight on the 25th March. No acknowledgement from yourselves that it is lost so I can’t proceed with insurance. No response to my lost baggage claim. No reply from British airways customer relations team. 2 MONTHS later.
