@DartCharge What a shambles. The least you could do is act professionally and update everyone on your situation rather than letting all your customers waste hours trying to give you money. For a company that takes millions everyday, that is the absolute least we would expect.

@parcelforce Any chance of your delivery guys trying to arrange deliveries to an obvious business address during business hours? Trying at 20:45 last night and now rescheduling today for between 17:00 & 18:00 isnt the smartest of strategies.

@SkySports What if the ball had hit the back of the net? The ref’s watch would still not have buzzed if it was turned off. Would that have also been chalked off??? Surely the ref would have overruled that. This was clear enough for the ref to see it was behind the post.

@Hermesparcels I’ve never had a smooth transaction with Hermes. I suggest someone contacts me immediately as this will be reported as fraud and theft. Item not received is theft. Fake signature is fraud.

@Hermesparcels absolutely appalling service. Just received an email saying parcel delivered. I’m in a shop and there’s been no delivery. There is a fraudulent signature on the tracking. Impossible to find any way of contacting anyone at your company.
