Building AI that actually work in PROD. No shiny demos- just real AI tackling messy, real-world challenges for paying customers. No hype, just results. 🚀3x dad

You invested $100K via a 3-layer Anthropic SPV at $380B valuation. Third layer takes 15% management/set up fees and no carry Second layer takes 10/20 First layer takes 10/20 So your real investment is 100*0.85*0.9*0.9=$68.85K. Given nobody scammed anyone in the matryoshka An exit at $1.4T IPO gets you a MOIC of ~2.8x after dilution. That’s $192K on the first layer. The first layer takes 20% carry, you have $167K left The second layer takes 20% carry ($36.4k), you have $130.6k left So you have made a $30K return on a $100K investment in a year. So layered SPV investment got you a 68% Anthropic exposure. Buying Google stock gets you 14% and Amazon - 18%. AND a multiple on all the money Anthropic spends on compute (most of their money). AND exposure to a money-printing business with a strong AI component that rivals Anthropic. AND no scam risk. While the 32% lost in SPV fees just fund someone’s coke habit in Miami. Same $100K put in AMZN and GOOG over the same time period would also get you the 30% return. You’re welcome.

Im never hiring ppl from X again 💀 Tried hiring motion designer for a video for a 30s video > Found someone on X who shared nice videos > Slightly more $$ as other quotes I received, but portfolio looked good > I want to be easy to work with, so I pay in advance, no hard deadline, trusted him to do its job properly Result: >0 communication, have to babysit every little thing >garbage result I can't use > ok maybe instructions not clear enough? > Sent exact mockup of what I needed > Still didn't follow what I asked for 💀 Lesson learned lol, I'll use Fiverr/Upwork next time The bar is so low, why can't people just do what they paid for? How do you find people who can actually do their job and follow instructions? 🥲

@Miguel07Code @nico_jeannen @HyperFrames_ I didn't. Is it good? How's it compared to remotion? Are morphing, bounce, jelly and other physics effects easy to code? I got fed up fighting for that in remotion tbh.

cursor design mode + remotion is actually insane everything in remotion is code, so you can annotate changes directly on the video and cursor just updates it. having a lot of fun with this here's 15 minutes of me improving the agent swarm video
eric zakariasson@ericzakariasson

orchestrate a swarm of agents here's a visualization of the swarm and how it's using multiple planners, verifiers, and workers try it today with /add-plugin orchestrate and then /orchestrate [goal]

We’re launching Dentalytica. Most dental practices don’t have a data problem. They have a visibility → action problem. Revenue doesn’t disappear randomly. It leaks through missed exams, no-reply patients, unscheduled treatment, chair gaps, and follow-up breakdowns. The issue is: most tools stop at dashboards. So we built something different. Dentalytica is an AI dental analytics system that doesn’t just show what happened — it traces why it happened, and what to do next. You can ask questions like: • “Why did revenue drop this month?” • “Which patients never replied after missed exams?” • “Where is unscheduled treatment sitting?” • “What should we act on first?” The AI agent then analyzes practice data, identifies the drivers behind the change, and turns them into a prioritized action list. Not reports. Not charts. Action. We’re early, and we’re actively exploring how AI can actually change day-to-day dental operations — not just report on them. If this problem resonates with how you run a practice or group, we’d love to hear from you.

I want to start an AI community for executives. This will be a space for people to share killer use cases, agentic workflows/agents, post-AI org structure, AI governance, AI training/enablement, change management, and more. Comment “AI-native” if you want to join.

We've made ~180 product videos for 70 clients. Giving away all I know [Playbook]. What's inside: - Best video structures (with examples) - 10 Hook formulas (with examples) - 35 viral videos breakdowns - library of references - Performance tips (resizes, cutdowns, hooks a/b testing) - Design tips (contrast, text digestability, premiumness) - Promotion tips (LinkedIn, Youtube, Landing page, Email) Important note: All these "truths" come from MY content, from MY judgement, from MY experience. Not some “best practices” on the internet. Only real videos, real tests, real client work. Comment "playbook" -> I'll send in DMs (follow me first) p.s. all the videos in the preview below, are made by our team :)

another thing is that we train models on past data in order to predict output. But that means that the predictions are heavily confined in the scope of the data we train on. The models won't be able to infer something completely out of the box, unless the approach is changed drastically. The mind-boggling AI-gen images that we see posted in the internet, or text that remind us how human thinks, if dug deeper into details are just interpolations of what the model was trained onto a pretty much a linear or curved, but constrained by training sets asymptotes x.com/grinspired/sta…

Today’s AI models are snapshots. The real leap comes when they learn in real time - adjusting weights, memory, and architecture on the fly. RAG, CAG, and continual pre-training may become invisible plumbing, or look like temporary hacks on the path to brain-like learning.

I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ. 4X ROAS on $1M+ spent. Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English: → bulk edits across platforms → custom audiences from CRM lists → creative fatigue detection before CTR dips → bid adjustments at scale → performance audits across periods Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

@mntruell Thank you! Please keep the current cost/token limits in the plans 🙏 Composer hits a great balance - strong performance at a fair price. Hope it doesn’t go the Opus route on pricing… that one’s wild.

Excited to partner with the SpaceX team to scale up Composer. A meaningful step on our path to build the best place to code with AI.
SpaceX@SpaceX

SpaceXAI and @cursor_ai are now working closely together to create the world’s best coding and knowledge work AI. The combination of Cursor’s leading product and distribution to expert software engineers with SpaceX’s million H100 equivalent Colossus training supercomputer will allow us to build the world’s most useful models. Cursor has also given SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor later this year for $60 billion or pay $10 billion for our work together.
