OpenAI just bypassed APIs to drop GPT-5.5 directly into NVIDIA’s Codex, locking in 10,000 engineers as an anchor tenant. The middleman is officially dead. If you aren't building at the silicon layer, you're just renting a disappearing interface.

OpenAI just hard-wired GPT-5.5 into NVIDIA’s Codex, locking in 10,000 engineers as anchor tenants. Standard APIs are now for the slow.

Bret Taylor’s Sierra just swallowed Fragment. The land grab for the autonomous agent layer is accelerating as incumbents panic over churn.

I don't understand the norms around offering ranges of credence, but if I had to give a range I'd give a similar ceiling (70%) and a way lower floor (i.e. 0.0001%). I can still get in a mood where attributing consciousness to next token predictors feels like straight up psychosis

@realpaulsmith 2/2 thanks to the AI gateway. That could lead to faster adoption. It will give Anthropic insights into the entire AI landscape, often in the enterprise as well.
English

@realpaulsmith Anthropic is in the right position to make enterprise implementation measurable. Going into an enterprise and saying, "Anthropic already manages your agents in the cloud, making deployment faster," but Anthropic also makes all your AI implementations measurable, of course, 1/2

Thrilled to announce the Monitor tool which lets Claude create background scripts that wake the agent up when needed. Big token saver and great way to move away from polling in the agent loop Claude can now: * Follow logs for errors * Poll PRs via script * and more!
