@AirbnbHelp Boycott Airbnb - no refund despite it being made illegal to travel to booked accommodation at Christmas. This firm needs exposing. Considers it appropriate for a pensioner to be scammed of £750 despite Competition and Markets Authority advice that full refunds should be made.
