Lorenzo Musetti is forced to retire from the Australian Open quarterfinals against Novak Djokovic. He was leading 2 sets to 0. Incredibly sad way for him to leave Melbourne… he was playing incredible tennis. Novak is into the semifinals. Hopefully Lorenzo recovers quickly. 🇮🇹❤️🩹
