Celtic didn’t win the title this season because of any gulf in quality, they won it through sheer mentality. Where Rangers have lost last-minute goals, Celtic have scored them. They’ve beaten Rangers and Hearts post-split whereas we lost both. Our leadership group can’t even look after their own performances. How can they be expected to lead others? Data can only tell you so much. We need players who can handle the demands of Rangers and the environment of Scottish football. Then we have the manager. At best, the jury is out.

If there's one small positive to have come out of the last week or two in Scottish football it's that the whole world has now seen what we've known for decades. That club and their fans are the most horrible, disgusting people and institution certainly in the UK, if not beyond.

The football authorities in Scotland cannot turn a blind eye to the pitch invasion during the Celtic v Hearts game. If they do, it would set a dangerous precedent where no punishment is given to a club with fans invading the pitch and causing the game to finish early.
