Why should we tax worth when that is addressed via estate tax. The income of wealthy is already taxed. Clyburn, high level democrat politicians and Donors colluded during the weeks before the primary in SC so that a front runner in the Democrat primary could effectively be selected to put a stop on the combative nature of the Democrat campaign for candidate selection. Prior to this Clyburn had never endorsed a candidate during primary season. Clyburn's endorsement and the movement of funding toward Biden effectively ended the competitive nature of the Primary. This was orchestrated by the Democrat party. Biden won SC by a large margin and the pathway was paved. What does any of this have to do with COVID. You are talking about the Presidential election (stolen) and not the Democrat Primary. That is where you lost your location in the conversation.

Very simple, he had the power to direct funding to that district. I was employed by a Federal Agency. During a normal Presidency we looked across the State and attempted to distribute funds equitably to each Region. We would meet throughout the year to measure our achievements. Biden and Obama directed that the vast majority of the State's funding went to Clyburn's district. That would be the help. BTW, I accepted a Buyout and retired as I considered the inequity of funding as quasi criminal and clearly WRONG!
