@Butlins removed our early check and nowhere to leave luggage. Spoke to them this morning and refusing to put early check in back on my package even though they removed it without informing us. So now I have a very poorly husband and 2 disabled children to stand around for 2 hours.

Told a nurse would ring them Then told they were rang twice and a voicemail left. That was a lie. Now late last night been told they're waiting for the airport doc report that was done Wednesday and can't get a nurse to ring u til that happens. So a nurse didn't try ring then.
