This Saturday in SF, I'm hosting the second @gtm_engineers event at AGI House SF with @Vultr , @OpenAI Codex, and @tavilyai The thesis is simple: go-to-market is becoming an engineering discipline. Agents are going to run more of marketing, sales, developer relations, growth, and agent-native distribution. This hackathon is a public experiment. We’re bringing builders together to work on GTM agents, content engines, adaptive sales systems, benchmarks, research workflows, and agent-native revenue infrastructure. If you’re building in that direction, come through. If you're just interested in learning more about GTM Agents, come through. Three tracks- GTM intelligence benchmarks, Content Engines, and Adaptive Sales Shoutout to @JuliusYRitter for making this happen! We don’t want people who just prompt Codex. Had a great time at @firecrawl After Dark last week! We hosted a Web Data for GTM Engineering evening with the community I'm building @gtm_engineers We talked about how to hire GTM Engineers, how GTM infrastructure is changing, and some cool product launches! Last month I got to meet @CalebPeffer and chat about life at @firecrawl after dark. We talked about: how people are sleeping on the apple vision pro (@Apple really should give this man a commission) the ethics of fake social profiles and of course some ways to combine vector search with firecrawl. The terminal is becoming a GTM control plane. Scrape, enrich, segment, generate, review, publish. What used to require hopping across 5 tools and frankenstien workflows is starting to collapse into one agentic loop.

1.2% to 6% reply rates. 100% of MQLs worked. Mid-quarter outbound slump: dodged. People call these kind of workflows AI outbound. In practice, it actually mirrors a low-latency decision system: Event-driven account selection + First & Third-party context retrieval + Relevance filtering for the play generation + Direct writeback into rep workflow. Email generation is just the visible part.
