"A hot peptide summer" - great article on the peptide zeitgeist. Link below. My comments: > A VC said they wouldn't invest in the space because there is no alpha. Wrong, there CAN be alpha in the peptide space; e. g., through novel formulations and delivery mechanisms, e. g. BPC-157 pills for gut repair > Some found superpower's peptide Friday's extreme. I think we'll see more companies & VCs like @superpower & @felicis promote employee or portco founder health programs respectively (See Felicis Founder Pledge Program; 1% of the investment is dedicated towards founder health!). Only a question of time until this includes peptide stacks! > The real Peptide bros of SF are science bros as well, who care about mechanism, delivery, and sourcing. We won't see a bodybuilder-esque culture of people randomly injecting themselves Shoutout @sfstandard & @AlmostZara

I did an interview about all my weird habits and workflows I've created to come up with ideas, build stuff, and stay sane in 2026. Enjoy!

5 things @farzatv does differently > never checks email (his agent does it) > takes analog notes at the gym, turns them into apps > uses screenshots and songs as inspiration > built a personal wikipedia of his own life > never scrolls X, uses @grok instead

@jawwwn_ @tbpn Once you make the outcome a measurement, it ceases to be a good outcome - you need compound movements (DL, squats, pull, press) for optimal longevity
