I love seeing people who faced cancelation during peak woke make a comeback and thrive.

I will go out a limb here. The problem is not Hizballah.
It is Lebanon itself.
When Lebanon redefined itself around the National Pact in 1943, ceased being a Christian-Druze nation and sowed the seeds of its destruction.
That destruction started in the late 1950s but came to fruition in 1969 with the Cairo Accord. That Accord did not transform Lebanon into a failed state; it merely codified its demise and conversion into a Nasserite battleground from which to launch war on Israel and the West (it became a clearing house for international terror).
Eventually, the Nasserite Arab nationalist regional threat fighting through the PLO seamlessly metamorphasized into the Khomeiniist Islamist Shiite threat fighting through Hizballah. If Hizballah is destroyed, or more likely orphaned by the Islamic Revolution of Iran’s demise, then unless Lebanon is anchored to a profoundly different foundation, it will again seamlessly transform into the Islamist Muslim-Brotherhood Sunni threat fighting through a new proxy which will absorb Hizballah (yes, despite the Sunni-Shiite divide).
The only proper foundation and solution is to revert to the original concept of the Mount Lebanon Christian-Druze alliance emerging from the 1711 Battle of Ayn Dara and adding Christian parts of Syria and yielding Sunni areas. Lebanon has to become the Zion to regional Christians the way Israel is for Jews.
And then that entity must become part of an umbrella alliance of Levantine minorities to organize their survival against the Sunni onslaught.
Otherwise, any solution will be false and we will simply be lather-rinse-repeat.

BREAKING: In a win for Luigi Mangione the judge rules the cops conducted an illegal search and seizure violating Luigi’s 4th amendment rights since they didn’t have a search warrant. All items found in Luigi’s backpack at the Pennsylvania McDonald’s will not be allowed at trial. The judge is allowing the gun to be used at trial since cops claim they didn’t find the gun until they got back to the police station. This has always been the most suspicious part of the case because how did the cops miss the gun at McDonalds? The cops could have easily planted the gun in Luigi’s backpack on their way to the station, which is what Luigi’s lawyers should argue.
