The LMS is in trouble. Employees are using AI on their own, and it's changing what they expect from learning at work. LMS companies will add AI, but the content will still suck. The future is about learning that's part of the job - quick, relevant, and always getting better. The winners will be the ones who can make this real, with knowledge from the people doing the work, AI to find the good stuff, and every use making the whole thing smarter.
