@guarented Order 73087... I was delivered a broken fridge.. and I have the video evidence captured during the delivery and I have raised a ticket for it... And not a response sir... This is a bad customer service experience.. I am still trying to connect to them and have got no progress.

@guarented pathetic service by the team, i received a call yesterday that all the items in the order will be delivered by tomorrow. Now the team says one of the order will take more than 2 weeks. This is already after a 1 week delay from the promised time. Order id 72216

@guarented 1/n after hours on the phone with various customer service people i requested and was finally promised that the faulty machine i had been overcharged massively for would be picked up and my rental refunded.

@guarented @avikr_avinash One of the worst ever service providers I have seen is @guarented. Last 1 week I’m facing issue with Washing machine replacement. That are not at all sending the replacement and simply rescheduling the delivery. People don’t opt for #guarented

@guarented I made a return pickup request on June 2nd. Sent multiple requests in hope that the pickup will happen but every day no one connects to pickup and is kept shifted. Facing worst renting vendor who promises each day. My requests are ignored and is irresponsive team

I would like to know who, anywhere, but especially in countries like India with long work days is able to sit at home all day waiting for furniture delivery because the rental (or any shop) is unable to give a delivery time less than 15 hours. @guarented this is not done!

@guarented there has been no reply to my multiple mails. Furniture has been picked up a month ago, no sign of security deposit return. On top of that I'm being harassed with mails asking me to pay the rent which i don't owe you guys. Customer service at the worst!
