Don’t ever book with @guest_res got to my hotel only to find my reservation canceled. They insist it’s still open the hotel says they were called and canceled.

@guest_res Guest Reservations is deceiving their „customers“ in the offer it is stated as refundable and in the confirmation it is not refundable! Between booking and cancellation were 4 minutes. Debit was done by Guest reservations to my Credit Card but no refund!!

Stranded in Dubai over the ongoing war with our car parked in the Clayton. I contacted them and would you believe @guest_res for @ClaytonHotel told me they’d charge me each day I over stay! It’s a war, and show of good faith and wave extra fees would be the right thing to do no?
