@guest_res I’ve responded to you. And I received an email response from pps.Priceline.com. For a $400 fee you placed my reservation through booking.com and outsourced my complaint to Priceline.com

I got charged - $100 per night service fee. I called the hotel, they say the reservation came from booking .com and won’t speak to me.

@guest_res @bookingcom @priceline Recap: guestreservations.com pays Google a lot of money to place their site at the top of a search for any hotel. If you are booking on your phone and not very careful you end up in their site which mimics the hotel site.

I complain to guestreversstions…and get an email from pps .priceline. Priceline owns booking .com. They are provided the backoffice support for a company whose only business model is to mimic hotel websites to collect usurious service fees.
