Congratulations to Spain on winning the World Cup. I watched the first half last night but couldn't fight off the sleep and had to call it a night. Even so, it was clear to me that Spain were the better team—their passing was fluid and their technique was superb. The Argentines could do little more than hang on desperately in defense. And when you also think about how Argentina only got past Egypt thanks to some questionable referee calls, they really didn't deserve the world cup on either moral or technical grounds. Spain, on the other hand, were fully deserving champions. Congratulations to them.

South Sudan is a member of East African Community meaning Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia and DRC all have their status. I hope the government and officials come out sooner to clarify on this matter.
