Most props lose power before the scrum even lands. Big mistake on the engage: leading with the shoulders instead of the hips. Elite props initiate the shot with hip drive. Core and glutes on. That’s where real power comes from. New Coaching Video COMING SOON ⬇️

Everyone wants the result. Very few are obsessed with the process. In the scrum, coaches often panic after a bad rep or bad game and change everything. But dominance is built through precision, consistency, and trust in a clear plan. Want a 4-hour REPLAY? ⬇️

Coaches need to recover too. You can’t build strategy, solve problems, lead players, and make good decisions if your brain is running on empty. Your brain is one of your biggest assets as a coach. Protect it.

Most props lose the scrum before the ball is even in. If your setup is unstable, your power means nothing. This is a simple drill to improve balance, body control, and scrum setup habits. Perfect for young props and front rowers still building strong routines. More Details⬇️

@Hamil16067Peter Thanks Peter, I will definitely do that. I'm actually in the process of doing a video about what the scrum is all about, so people can understand it and all the cheating going on and how we can keep the scrum slow relevant.

@gurthro Guthrie you need to do a video on the beauty, the nuances, mental and physical grit of a scrum to educate general rugby audiences. It would be great for a rugby watcher to understand and relish like a heavyweight boxing match. More mainstream PR needed.

X Most props review the outcome. Top props review the detail. In a 7-man scrum, winning the shot is non-negotiable. If you don’t chase your feet after contact, you can’t add load, build pressure, or suffocate the opposition. PRO SCRUM ANALYSIS COURSE is Available Details⬇️

The scrum you avoid watching back is usually the one that can teach you the most. Props get embarrassed after a bad scrum and never review it. That’s a mistake. Review it. Ask better questions. Identify the work-ons. Prepare better for the next battle. NEW PRO COURSE⬇️

Most props think they need to push harder in the scrum. Wrong. If you’re not studying your own scrums, you’re guessing under pressure. Hard work matters. Study matters more. Full video in comments below ⬇️ #rugby #scrum #rugbyprops #highperformance
