Made a cottage cheese Alfredo sauce today: 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup milk 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup parmesan 1/2 tsp s&p 1/4 tsp Italian herb blend 1 tsp cream of tartar Blend until smooth, add to precooked noodles, warm until thickened. Served with meatballs for more protein.
