@sumanthraman @PRSundar64 Wrong learnings....Vijay's win is very similar to Kejriwal's win. both won on strong personality. Kejriwal failed miserably couldn't handle power. Time will tell what Vijay does. he has delivered excellent dialouges in Movies. let's see what he does in real life.

Lessons I learnt from the Tamil Nadu Election results today. 1. It is not necessary to campaign hard every day for weeks together. 2. Booth Agents are not always essential to mobilize voters 3. A powerful manifesto is not required. 4. Political experience is not needed. 5.. Experienced advisors are optional. 6. Meeting the media or taking questions from the press is not necessary. (I thought it was) 7. Money does not always buy votes. 8. Massive ad spends don't get results. 9. Prominent local candidates with clout aren't necessary. 10. Caste is getting to be much less of a factor. Will these revert in later elections or has a decisive change been made? #tamilnadulegislativeassemblyelection2026 #TNElections

This anti-incumbency thing really works in mysterious ways. You don’t see it affecting results in states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, or Assam, where BJP has been in power for years. It only seems to affect results in states where the opposition is in power.

@Tej_Intel It is already connected, you just need an interchange at the crossing point of Ganga and Awadh express way. I simply fail to understand why it has not been provided. Prayagraj would be connected both to Kanpur and Lucknow.

Are colour workers earning more than businessmen? 😳 The exterior colour of my terrace room had faded a bit, and it didn’t look good. So I called a painter. He quoted ₹2500, but I managed to finalise it at ₹2000 😊 He had a paint spray machine, and he finished the entire work in just half an hour. I said, “Brother, have some tea, it’s getting ready ☕” He replied, “No time, I have 5 more houses today at ₹3500 each.” That’s ₹3500 × 5 = ₹17,500 Plus my ₹2500 job, so around ₹19,000–₹20,000 in just one day 😳 What he earns in a single day, many people don’t even earn in a month. It really makes you think… Are skill-based jobs actually paying more than regular jobs? 🤔

Elon’s whole career is basically a revenge arc. Pushed out of PayPal? Ok, I’ll do rockets. Wanted to grow veggies on Mars, not for profit, just to make humanity care about space again. Goes to buy Russian rockets. Russians mock him. Ok, I’ll make my own rockets. Then Apollo astronauts mock commercial space. Ok, I’ll make commercial space real. Auto industry mocks Tesla. Ok, I’ll become CEO and make the most valuable car company. Wants to start a nonprofit for safe AI. Got pushed out / sidelined / mocked. Ok, I’ll make my own AI lab. California mocked and blocked him? Ok, I’ll move to Texas and make Star City. Democrats mock him. Ok, I’ll help Trump win. Maybe the fastest way to change something on Earth is to find people in charge of it and encourage them to mock Elon?

Diljit Dosanjh on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, He says I am from Punjab, Man proudly repped Punjab (as he should), talked about his roots, culture, music everything. But not once did he actually mention India. Not even in passing. If you are celebraty and appearing on a massive global platform, you would introduce yourself with your country and not only the state. Is this just strong regional pride or a very calculated branding move where "Punjab" is the identity he wants to push internationally? I have seen, it's becoming a pattern across his interviews. What's your view?

These ideas are going to stay here for eternity. The times have changed. Women do not need to birth 5 kids. Let them decide what she and her partner wants. You can not bound them to your figment of small mind anymore. I think you are born 10 centuries late dear!:) Let people have the freedom to live their lives as long they are not troubling anyone. Ignore the dink guys. Who knows they may change their plam once they get to some stage in future.

“An Indian Army Captain noticed something in UAE airports, completely different from India” This is Captain Yashika Tyagi 🇮🇳 who recently visited Dubai 🇦🇪 She shared her experience at Sheikh Zayed International Airport (Abu Dhabi) and pointed out some surprising differences First – as soon as passengers arrived no one checked tickets or passports at the gate people simply walked in In India CISF personnel check ID, tickets, and entry at the airport entrance Second – in India, each airline has its own uniform like IndiGo, Air India, Vistara But there almost all airport staff wore similar brown blazers and trousers you couldn’t tell who belonged to which airline Third – during security check there were no separate lines for men and women everyone stood in the same queue And the most surprising part – there was no visible manual checking no removing shoes, belts no long procedures She questioned – Are we too paranoid about security in India ? Maybe yes, maybe there are valid reasons But experiencing this difference made her think differently Do you think airport security in India should change or is it better the way it is ?

@bhaumikgowande the problem with EVs market is that they are expensive...Tata punch ICE starts 6-7 lakhs, Punch EV at 9.5 lakhs becuase jokers at @TataCompanies & @MahindraRise didn't invest in batteries, even though they have market and spin off business waiting.

The problem with EV discourse on Indian Twitter is negative campaign and Op-ed articles written by people who don’t own an EV, lecturing everyone about charging networks, range anxiety, etc. Ask actual EV owners: charging has improved massively and is now widespread. People have driven from Mumbai to Delhi, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Chargers now exist at remote dhabas in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. 95% of EVs after 2022 are ones where you don't have to change the battery. Your car choice should be based on daily usage and not fantasy once-a-year travel to your pind scenario.

Fair point. But the bigger problem is what happens after you dial 112. I've lived in Bangalore for years. If I call 112 right now, will a police van show up in 8 minutes like it does when you call 911 in New York? In most Indian cities the answer is honestly no. Response times vary wildly. In Delhi it might work. In a tier 3 town you might be on hold. 100 still works by the way. It redirects to 112 now. So the "confusion" problem is already solved at the infrastructure level. Dialing 100 will still connect you. So will 101 for fire and 108 for ambulance. They all route through the same system. 911 works in America because the dispatcher knows your exact GPS location, the nearest patrol car gets auto-assigned, and average response time in most cities is under 7 minutes. That backend system took decades to build. India launched 112 in 2019. It's 7 years old. The ERSS backend is still being rolled out state by state. GPS integration with phones works on paper but breaks in areas with poor cell coverage. Which is most of rural India. Marketing 112 is easy. Making the ambulance show up in 8 minutes in Kanpur is the hard part.

India’s emergency number is now 112, but many people still dial 100 out of habit. In an emergency, that confusion can waste precious minutes. Countries like the United States have made 911 second nature. One number, quick response, clear systems. 112 needs recall, reliability and a lot of marketing. Make 112 visible everywhere, as familiar as UPI Ensure faster, more consistent response across cities Integrate it into maps, phones and apps for easy access

“Why don’t people who leave India, come back ?” This is Sarika originally from India 🇮🇳 now living in the USA 🇺🇸 Her video is going viral because she gave a very direct answer According to her, the reason isn’t complicated In India a fresher earns around ₹25k–₹40k But in the US even a basic driving job can earn around $2,500 which is nearly ₹1,25,000 plus extra for overtime Spend 4–5 years in the US and you can afford a house and a car In India ? “People spend their whole life just chasing those dreams” She also talked about basic living standards • Clean air, clean water, clean food “There are strict standards, no adulteration” “And if something goes wrong, you can sue” Another major point – money sent home If you earn ₹30k–₹40k in India it’s hard to manage yourself and support family But sending $500 from the US means around ₹45,000 for your family That alone can upgrade their lifestyle Sarika says – “This is not hatred towards India, it’s just practical thinking” “You understand how big the world is only when you step outside” Her advice – “Go abroad for 5–6 years, earn and learn and if you want, you can always come back to India” Her final point really stood out — “Here, people don’t judge you by your profession but by your behavior” Now tell me – Do you think Sarika is being practical or is this just a different perspective ?
