I think you should try somewhere else like Reddit. I gave up on Upwork 3 months ago because of this connects system. And went back on Reddit and fiver ( I have promoted my fiver gigs via Reddit)...so I don't know about you if you can create divert gigs and promote them on Reddit. You will have better clients
