My husband drove two hours yesterday to pick my sister up at the airport. Waited two hours at the airport because her flight was delayed and she had to get through customs. Drove two hours home. Paid for dinner (she didn’t even offer.) Woke up and drove two hours back to the airport so she could catch her connecting flight home. And is now driving two hours home again. And do you want to know what he said about it?

@DrGuitar Bands also layer their guitar tracks to get a massive sound(The Black Album) and that's really hard to recreate live with 2 guitarist, or 1, when the recording has 8 guitars stacked.

I don’t care if every band on the planet uses tons of backing tracks. That don’t make it right. I see cover bands with no backing tracks. But pros “need” backing tracks?? I saw Motley Crue once and they were good. But were they? No. They need a click and extra guitar and bass and vocal parts. ZZ Top also uses them unfortunately. But everyone just accepts this like it’s ok. I don’t think it’s ok at all. I won’t buy tickets to see someone miming.

@DrGuitar They have been lip syncing since at least 2009. We went to see them on their CrueFest tour that summer in Kansas City. Several songs where VN had the mic by his hip and the lyrics would be going. A quick move of the mic and he would be "singing". Total disappointment.

Good thing they don’t have to really sing. All 3 have microphones but only one actually pretends to sing.

@BowTiedBroke Toyota, Honda, Mazda then maybe Hyundai. Stay away from Buick. Daughter has a 2017 encore and it's been the worst vehicle I've ever been involved with. Turbo failed twice, ac system threw craps at 80k, valve cover twice, radiator leak at 55k. Just an all around nightmare car.

Need some car advice from parents. Third daughter just hit 16 & looking for a car for her. Got my 1st daughter a used Camry when she turned 16 years ago. Was a great car. Second daughter - used Kia Forte. Decent car. Now number 3. For parents of teenagers that have hit the driving years..what are some cars that you’ve been thrilled with that were reasonable in price but also had good safety features? Leaning to a Camry or Corolla but wanted to hear some other experiences with vehicles and teen drivers.

Yngwie Malmsteen the problem with this amazing guitarist is this. It's not a band it's him who wants to listen to just guitar. Name a hit song a rif we all know. If he could set the ego aside make a all-star band he could have been special. Am I wrong?

Every company has a different philosophy and product lineup, so make it a fair comparison. Find the closest equivalent, compare it 1:1, then look at the price tag afterward. Not “for the price.” Not “it’s a good starter option.” Just compare the products on their own merits. If you find something that can be improved, tell me. I’ve changed multiple products over the years specifically because customers pointed out better ways to do things. My reviews consistently mention customer service, and that’s coming from a one-man operation. I’m not asking for a pass. I’m asking for a fair comparison.
