Some states, like California, have a bastardized winner takes all system that misrepresents part of their state. Robbing rural folk of their tax dollars, and their pursuits of happiness.

@KWCH12 So a photo op that should have been done, on the 10th, in the evening, when there was less traffic... This made the road worse in the wake of the trucks on a busy day when the roads were already clear.(note-the horde of vehicles waiting patiently and the surrounding clear roads)

@KWCH12 I suggest everyone read the full article, as there were two people at fault. The officer was distracted driving, and should have had his eyes on the road. Because of this fault, it led to the death of a citizen. He violated an oath, and it should cost him that job in perpetuity.

@grandmaester89 @KWCH12 I know a couple people who weren't charged because the person was jaywalking. However, I'm open to seeing statistics? I'm purely talking law, and both were responsible. Stop placing the blame on one person when both were equally irresponsible!
