@nywtow @ObiOnyeEze1 @durov Do you seriously think that Russia has more free Internet than the EU? Russia is banning all messengers except their spyware Max app. They have already banned Youtube, Twitter and are starting to ban VPNs. Ask from Russian 4chan if they like it (they are not happy about it).

@haaltop @ObiOnyeEze1 @durov I lived enough in EU and US to know for a fact that it's true. 12k arrests in UK, 3.5k in Germany just in 1 year for social posts. Everything Russian is banned, starting from 2014, culminating in 2022. Starmer + EU confirming plan for Twitter ban. Look at the bigger picture.

Telegram was banned in Russia — yet 50M+ Russians still use it daily via VPNs. The government has spent years trying to ban VPNs too. Their blocking attempts just triggered a massive banking failure — cash briefly became the only payment method nationwide.

@ObiOnyeEze1 @durov Because Durov sold out to French, when they jailed him. Gave them the precious keys and allowed to spy on Russia, his homeland. He blocked Russian state media in TG as EU demanded - but refused to do the same when Russia demanded the mirror measures. He is a traitor.

@Gaza24Live @pawelwargan The drones are for Ukraine. FSB is laughing at them for doing their dirty work. Zero help for Palestinian people. I hope it's worth it to spend 20 years in jail for helping Russian imperialism.

BREAKING: Czech police have arrested activist Yusuf Morsi, a U.S. citizen of Egyptian origin, along with two others in connection with the burning of a drone manufacturing facility on March 20. The factory is linked to industrial and defense partnerships with Israel in the field of drone production, and cooperates with Israeli companies, most notably Elbit Systems. The three suspects face terrorism-related charges that could carry sentences of up to 20 years in prison.

I’m not sure why Putin allows this to continue. He has a golden opportunity to level everything in that God-forsaken land while everyone is distracted in Iran, yet he still permits zelensky to create chaos. What kind of strategy is this? How many more ports, factories, and other critical infrastructure sites will be damaged because of Putin’s inability to handle the situation properly?

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Ukraine striked Russia’s Ust-Luga port, one of the main export hubs for oil products & condensate in the west of the country — it's 1,000km away from Ukraine The port exported 32.9MIL metric tons of oil products in 2025. NOVATEK gas-condensate plant is on fire. *They really aim to make the situation with oil even worse

What Israel is doing to Southern Lebanon is *clearly* aimed at ethnic cleansing and colonization, using the same tactics as in the Gaza genocide. Nearly 1 million people forcibly displaced. We have to reject this evil with all our might, and support those who are resisting it.

@pawelwargan Russia attacked Ukraine in 2014 after the Maidan revolution by seizing Crimea, started hostilities in Eastern-Ukralne and launched full-scale invasion 2022. The problem with anti-imperialist narrative is that it's based on revisionist history trying to create a meta narrative.

The attacks on Russia, Iran, Cuba, and Venezuela — and ultimately the mounting aggression against the DPRK and China — are not separate conflicts. They are different frontlines in a single US-led war against sovereign development and peripheral statehood. Ukraine performs in the European theatre the same role as Zionism in West Asia and the Taiwanese independence movement in East Asia. What we are seeing internationally are the contours of an emergent global war — once again launched by an imperialism in crisis against all humanity. That is why Iran's anti-colonial resistance is existential.
ابراهیم عزیزی@Ebrahimazizi33

By providing drone support to the Israeli regime, failed Ukraine has effectively become involved in the War and, under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, has turned its entire territory into a legitimate target for Iran.

People have massive difficulties understanding that the U.S. military hegemony has already collapsed, and I get them. However, all, for example, Russia would need to do is to send a few SU-35s and S-400 systems to Iran, and the war would turn into complete Iranian dominance. Moreover, if Iran, under heavy sanctions, was able to build missile capacity to overwhelm the U.S. and Israeli air defenses, just think what Russia could do. It's already over for the U.S. and NATO. Every sane nation will ask U.S. troops to leave their soil, as they are mere targets from henceforth.

This is considered torture under international law. The United States has kidnapped and is torturing the democratically-elected leader of a sovereign state. We must all unite in demanding the release of President Maduro and First Lady Celia Flores.
Clash Report@clashreport

Nicolás Maduro is being held in solitary confinement at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He is in a small cell about 3 by 2 meters, with a metal bed, a toilet, and a small window. He can leave the cell three times a week for one hour under guard. He reportedly often shouts at night, saying he was kidnapped and yelling, “I am the president of Venezuela.” Source: ABC Internacional

UNPOPULAR THEORY: Northeastern European countries (the Baltic States and Poland) are to Western European foreign policy what Israel is to US foreign policy. They have totally infiltrated our decision making process and persuaded us that their interests are ours. Meantime, our backing gives them much higher risk appetites in their security dealings than they would have had without us, stirring up trouble that we are then on the hook for. In future, the quid pro quo for security guarantees must be a kind of soft suzerainty so that the security guarantees do not -- through the increased sense of strength created within the recipient state, and the mirrored sense of threat felt by the recipient state's differently-aligned neighbours -- become a self fulfilling prophesy, whereby the security guarantee itself creates the security threats that lead to risible post hoc justifications.

@MrMoosey1 @admcollingwood Existential for who? Former Soviet states maybe 🤔 Western Europe gaslighting bullshit. How come a country we’re always being told is losing in Ukraine and has an economy the size of Spain’s be also about to somehow march its army through streets of Paris next week?

@JoshMandell6 What do you think of using BTC / STRF share for valuation? Moving liquidation preference seems to support that. Is this hidden in the balance sheet as a liability? When Bitcoin grows in value so does the liability from liquidation preference IF STRF is valued by BTC / share.

I think the days of STRF high yield (9-10%) are gone. Considering that it sits atop the capital structure, one could imagine a day when it really needn't have any yield at all. Theoretically, no reason STRF couldn't trade straight to $400 rn. What do you think Den (@hillery_dan ) ???

@JoshMandell6 @RomeoInvest @PunterJeff @BitMasterK What are your thoughts on STRC vs STRF with STRC having the higher effective yield at the moment? Do you think the days of 9-10% yield on STRF are gone?

@gpatrickhubbard @hillery_dan For example if STRF starts to trade in par with the BTC / STRF share, liquidation preference moves to that price since there is no upper bound for it.

@gpatrickhubbard @hillery_dan That's the base scenario. Perpetual bonds are valued by cupong / discount rate but IMO unlimited liquidation preference could imply that BTC / share metric should be used for STRF not for common stock since the real risk is how much there is Bitcoin in the treasury for STRF.

MSTR Preferred Equity pricing is where the real fun is right now, IMO. MORE BTC = MORE CREDIT WORTHINESS. MORE PREFERRED's, more collateral for STRF. STRK is a 45 delta security with a 300+ basis point credit spread. That thing is rock solid. 12% cash on cash yield. If it wasn't for the threat of the 21B atm on STRK and the introduction of new senior securities messing with optics, I would be full ported into STRK for all of my MSTR exposure. People don't realize the extent to which MSTR MUST pay the dividends on these preferreds. So long as there is liquidity on MSTR, they can print money (like US government) to pay the coupons on these securities. If there is any value in MSTR at all, STRF is money good.

I'd be glad to hold you on that. If Ukraine doesn't face a complete destruction by the end of 2025, you donate 50 euros to MSF (msf.org/donate). If Ukraine faces a complete destruction by the end of 2025, I donate 50 euros to MSF. This is a favourable arrangement for you if you truly think it is "likely" (most people think that's ~70%), as the implied odds are 50–50% in my proposal. We can haggle what "complete destruction" means if you are on board with the concept.

Tulevien hallitusten tiukka valinnan paikka: leikataanko vanhuseläkkeitä vai aloitetaanko muun julkisen sektorin pienentäminen (pl. puolustus)? Vai tehdäänkö molemmat?
