I still can't belive Soludo built a whole Flyover that is as narrow as a footbridge and for nearly a year after construction, the flyover is not fit for public use.
A big shame!
ONYEKA@onyeka_chii
Only in Anambra state they're patching a road that's less than 1year with cement concrete. No governor in the history of Nigeria is this terrible in road construction. Soludo tufiakwa!!!

@jcokechukwu Kind of stories I love hearing.
We will achieve alot if we unite and put aside all our differences in this country

“Last year, based on invitation by Hausa people, I visited Kano for the first time in my life.
I met Alhaji Shamseen Nura who speaks Igbo and Hausa. He was trained by an Igbo man from Anambra. After spending about 10 years with his master, he was settled with N200,000 which he said was a lot of money back then.
With that money, he bought a shop. Today, he has 5 shops all worth millions.
The beautiful thing is that every Christmas, he sends N200,000 - N300,000 to his master who has since retired to the village as a gesture of appreciation.
More importantly, his master linked him up to business men in Nnewi whom he has never seen as he has never been to Nnewi. These people give him goods running into tens of millions in credit. All based on the trust established by his master. Interestingly, he is not the only one I met with such stories.“

Caution fee is always refundable. That’s the entire point of caution fee. What’s she talking about?
It serves as a bond for you to keep the house in order.
Soft Life@softlife_space
A tenant asked for the ₦250k caution fee he paid before moving out, but the landlady refused, insisting it wasn’t refundable. 😭 The man went back into the apartment and allegedly made sure there was a reason not to refund it. 😂💀

You'll have N5 million and Twitter investors would be advising you to lock it up in Piggyyvest, mmf on interest of 18% per annum. That'll yield you N900,000 at the end of the year and N75,000 every month.
Very rubbish something. How can you be comfortable getting just N75,000 monthly on a N5 million investment.
Instead of that,
Go to any busy market within your town. Secure a shop. Go straight to Dangote cement and order for a trailer load. As at today, the factory price is N11,700. And there's 300 bags in a trailer load. That's a total of N3,525,000. And they will deliver it cost-free to anywhere you are in Nigeria.
When the cement arrives, you can sell at N12,750 and within a month you can finish one trailer load and make N3,825,000. That'll give you a profit of N300,000 in just that month.
And the interesting thing is that you may not even need to be there. Get a salesgirl and only come around to take stock records.
Within a year, you have N3.6 million Naira profit and a huge portion of your N5 million capital is still untouched.
Everything no be Piggyyvest and MMF. That's for lazy investors.
