No it isn't. When you use an AI tool (like Runway or Adobe Premiere's Roto Brush) to cut out a subject, the AI isn't stealing another artist's artwork to replace your background. Its analyzing the contrast, edges, and motion vectors of your video to separate the foreground from the background.
