Our second full day in Portugal but our first day at our host school Agrupamento de Escolas D. Afonso Henriques. Our students joined in curriculum lessons and took part in drama and dance activities, as well as starting to demonstrate their singing skills 🎤

Pizza night in the old town, thank you so much to Pholus Restaurant for hosting us for the evening, what an experience for us all to dine in such a beautiful environment, under the orange trees as the sun went down over the Largo de Donães 🍊 🌅

Day 1 touring the beautiful medieval city of Guimaraes including stunning views from the castle with our host school pupils and teachers, completing a mathematical and geometrical city trail 🧮 📐
