Top privacy experts say Bill C-22 violates the rights of Canadians’ privacy. First, it allows the government to secretly order companies — including small businesses and service providers — to build backdoors and redesign their systems to enable easy government surveillance. Second, it permits mass real-time location tracking and up to one year of data retention based on nothing more than “reasonable suspicion,” with no requirement that any crime has been, is being, or will be committed. Third, the bill’s extremely broad definition of “electronic service provider” would force lawyers, small businesses, and everyday organizations to act as extensions of the state’s surveillance apparatus, amounting to a serious violation of Charter section 8 privacy rights.

New footage shows the moment a United Airlines plane collided with a light pole and a truck while landing at Newark Liberty International Airport. The Boeing 767 was traveling at about 160 mph when it made contact. Air traffic controllers say there was a hole in the side of the plane and damage to the tire following the incident. The man driving the truck, Warren Boardley of Baltimore, suffered minor injuries.

JUST IN: Baltimore bakery truck struck by a United Airlines plane coming in for a landing at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey. According to local reports, the plane was a United Airlines Boeing 767-400. Senior vice president of Transportation & Logistics at H&S Bakery, Chuck Paterakis, says the driver was headed from Baltimore to New Jersey when he was hit. The driver suffered minor injuries, according to Fox Baltimore. "Our maintenance team is evaluating damage to the aircraft and we will investigate how this occurred," a United spokesperson said.

It was captured by Russia in 2022 and is currently firing it back up with Russian supplied uranium not Cameo uranium which is financially bad for Cameo, Westinghouse and Mark Carney's BGTF1 fund he created at Brookfield.

I hear so many people blaming the outrageous gas prices on Donald Trump, but here’s a fact for y’all to ponder. Oil just topped $100 per barrel. As of five minutes ago gas is selling for $1.90/litre in my neighborhood. The last time oil hit $100 per barrel was under Stephen Harper, yet gas prices topped out at $1.38 per litre back then. Yes, the Iran war is affecting gas prices, but there’s about 52¢/litre that is the direct result of taxes, environmental taxes, and taxes on those taxes.
