@amenaofficial @YodelOnline It's because they are the cheapest tracked courier on the market None of the competition can come anywhere near their prices. However Yodel outsource most of the end deliveries hence the really bad customer experience.

I remember when we trialed @YodelOnline for Pearl Daisy for delivery. We fired them within a month after countless order losses and incompetence in resolving customer issues. We had an easier time with Royal Mail fgs. Why on EARTH do bigger brands use them I will never understand

I don’t usually complain about services but this is shocking and not the first time @YodelOnline lied about attempted order delivery. I don’t understand why big companies like @ASOS still use them. They literally don’t even bother to deliver and then lie about it?
