Taxi reliability in #Dubai is a mess. Drivers routinely cancel bookings based on destination & length of trip - creating fake shortages that push users to pricey limousines. Time to enforce real penalties. Enough is enough @halaride @CareemUAE @rta_dubai

@halaride hello, I took a Hala Ride today booked through Careem App,the re was a payment problem and I had to pay cash to the driver despite having online payment mode, but now the app shows negative balance. I have complained but no1 is addressing it, please look into it.
