In 2014, my best friend unexpectedly died and I had to fly from Portland back to Detroit ASAP. Spirit was the only airline that could get me there without me having to pay an arm and a leg last minute, so whatever their other issues, they'll always have my gratitude.

I totally agree with Kevin, he may be on to something… Megan Thee Stallion has slept with up to 4 different men of her best friend, Kelsey Harris, behind Kelsey’s back, according to Kelsey…So Megan was okay with being a side chick to her best friend — but, a man cheating on her in a relationship is a deal breaker…Anyone who excuses Megan horrific character flaws and repeated betrayal of her best friend is not to be trusted….

Alot of Black people lost their jobs because of Spirt’s demise. Alot more Black people lost affordable ways to travel. Spirit shutting down isn’t something to celebrate. Especially given the impetus of its demise. There’s alot of elitism I see in comments about this. It’s sad.

There is a literacy crisis. Gauche is an uncommon word. Not knowing extraordinary and silhouette are the bigger issues than a word that is uncommon. All these things can be true at the same time but that requires comprehension and critical thinking and....
