@HaloCollar I’m not happy. I have owned 2 halo 4 collars for less than 2 years and one of them just randomly quit working and I got a critical error that it needs replacing. I called support and they told me out of warranty and nothing they can do for me and I’d have buy a new 1

@HaloCollar collars are unreliable. Second instance of needing a replacement in 13 months. NO option for expedited shipping even when offering to pay a fee. My advice is to shop around.

@HaloCollar Update-- I'm being sent 2 new collars and being credited a month of my membership. I'm told the issue ours both have is "rare," which seems off since it's 2. Praying the new collars work out of the box. 🙏

Bought 2 new @HaloCollar 's a couple weeks ago and to be so expensive they have been a royal pain in the butt to set up. Also can't get support on the phone for a "Sim issue" bc virtual chat has their hours wrong. 🤦‍♀️ Not pleased with the purchase thus far.

Absolutely absurd that @HaloCollar charges $35 for the little non-standard magnetic charger thingy that is super easy to lose or misplace. My collar is now useless. And I can't justify paying prices like that when it can easily be lost again in a week.

@HaloCollar I have loved my halo collars for years. Until this morning. I have gone through many collars. Upgrade multiple times with each release. I got a new dog. Can’t use the old collar that’s 4 months old because I “upgraded” it. $150 in savings on a $600 collar and my only option is to throw it in the trash. I understand wanting to make more money, but they won’t even take it back to refurbish it. Just, trash can. A functional 4 month old collar. Rarely do you see me complaining about the environment. But talk about an environmental train wreck. I guess it’s time to look for a new collar brand for the dogs.

@HaloCollar has been excellent for the 2 years we've had it. The battery is still going all day. I was really surprised by that. I just don't understand why I can't create conditional fences. I don't want my dog harassing delivery people during certain timeframes.

@HaloCollar 6 months, 2 of 4 have faulted. It’s supposed to trigger a replacement, it’s been weeks. So we scramble trying to protect our 4 Goldens in the woods of Connecticut. You mention customer support 24/7/365….. I got an AI response 🤷🏽‍♂️

@HaloCollar fences should be able to turned on and off separately. I want my dog to play with the neighbor dog on my property and theirs and have a map for just my property at night so my dog doesn’t wander off.

.@HaloCollar the new style of magnetic charging clip sucks. My outdoor dog's collar has been connected for hours, but apparently I didn't balance things *just right* and it's only gotten to 26% at bedtime. Please switch back to a USB plug for a consistently solid connection.
