I have been pushing AI hard into the business since Google invite me to the Googleplex (the most insane office possible) to showcase the early stages of Gemini in August 2024. It was definitely a steep uphill battle until recently. Why? because many of our humans simply didn't believe + Ai kind basically sucked to use back then to be honest. I left the room that day immediately called a townhall and told everyone in the company we needed to go all in on using AI in every dept for every human. Most people just stared at me blank faced. That has been a daily journey loaded with challenges, many ups and downs, rapidly evolving tech capabilities, lots of human issues and anxiety about all things AI, and the list goes on and on. But I felt it was time to go all in and its now paying off in so many incredible ways. I am just so grateful for all those who built the AI foundations over the last 3 decades or so, and many entreprenuer's would have failed during that time, because they were too early or ran out of money, and many people would have been laughed at selling the dream and vision when the tech simply didn't back up the statement. I feel for all of you, you were all instrumental in giving every human infinite intelligence at their fingertips for the cost of a few coffees/day and its only going to get cheaper as we go and more powerful. Thank you, you are all legends and part of the AI story. 18 months later, I never would have predicted we would be building the world's first agents to invest into RWA assets which require different guardrails and features than pure crypto agents. I spend most of my day in our operational agents, building our agents and just fascinated by the power available to run the business and to live a new insanely intelligent level of life, its just mind blowing and incredible, and everyday it gets better.
