BREAKING: All remaining Filton24 defendants have just been found NOT GUILTY of aggravated burglary, the most serious charge they faced.
This comes two weeks after the first six were acquitted of the charge by a jury.
Many will now apply for bail. Free them all.

If the decision to proscribe them as a terrorist organization was unlawful, how can supporting them still be deemed an offence?
Surely the offence has to be something completely separate to the support?

A: Technically arrests can continue because the government granted an appeal in a week.
But police told protesters outside the court they've been instructed from on high not to conduct arrests.

This case from the start has been heavily politicised.
The CPS are now publicly declaring, before the court hearing, that they'll seek a retrial, despite the defendants having already spent 18months in prison without a single conviction.
This is political theatre.
