@konquistador33 @DurrantMark I would hope anyone in a religion would exclaim it to be true. If you don’t believe it to be true, why stay there? I choose to go with a church with modern day prophets and apostles whom I believe get direction from Christ. It’s not crazy. It’s logical in my opinion.

It’s crazy what leaving the church has done to my perception. 5 years ago I would’ve said amen. But now? Bruh. This looks like the ramblings of a someone having a psychotic break. Like you won’t see it and think I’m hating on you and I’m not, but just imagine other religions saying this same thing. Imagine a Scientologist saying verbatim what you said but for L Ron Hubbard. Like it’s just wild what we allow ourselves to become when we just don’t question our religion and think we have all the answers.

I feel to shout from the X rooftops that Joseph Smith is a true Prophet whom the Lord raised up and ordained, and to whom he gave keys and power to build up the kingdom of God on earth. I don't worship Joseph, but I love him and esteem him highly. My life has been blessed beyond measure, and I am so much closer to my Savior, because of the light and knowledge that was restored by God to the world through him. Joseph doesn't need me to defend him, but I will do so until my dying breath. Praise to the man!

If the NCAA moves eligibility to 5 years to play 5 seasons from when you graduate high school or turn 19 years old, they have to make an exemption for religious based schools like BYU and UTAH who routinely have student athletes go on 1-2 year mission trips before they ever play.

What do I think of the portal? I'm sitting outside at 11:30 at night with my two coaches on a cement curb in front of the Regency on 60th st watching game film on my phone. A new prospect is looming 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Bummed about this one! I know it’s never black and white but do we think the number of guys leaving is due more to A. BYU is “pushing them out” or B. They don’t want to be there? 🤔
Jonathan Givony@DraftExpress

NEWS: BYU's Aleksej Kostic will enter the transfer portal, agent Ivan Asanin tells DraftExpress. Kostic was thrust into a major role for the Cougars down the stretch and responded with some big outings. The 6'5 Austrian guard hit 37% of his 3s on the season.

@ByuSome Now we understand why you guys dislike them so much. They might be the most arrogant fanbase I’ve interacted with. Not all of them, of course, but many. How can BYU fans and Utah fans be so different? It’s baffling.

@byu_homer @DaveMcCannTV He already has lots of money. He will make 5-7 million next year. He will then still go pro in a year. I don’t know what his sponsors pay him, but money isn’t an issue for him. He already is set for life.

@hambone_777 @DaveMcCannTV By delaying the NBA not only does he subtract one year from his professional career, he looses out on 3-4x the amount of the $ college would pay him next year. As a BYU fan, this should not even be a discussion. Go to the NBA. Do BYU online for a degree if he values that.

In a culture where the young rush to be old and the old wish to be young, the Dybantsas stand at a crossroads where there isn’t a wrong decision. It’s about what he wants for himself and what Ace and Chelsea want for their boy, who, even if he decides to stay for another year, will still be the top pick in the 2027 draft — at the ripe old age of 20. 👇🏻 deseret.com/sports/2026/03…

@DaveMcCannTV Dave. Coming back to BYU is the WRONG CHOICE in his situation. We all should be pulling for him to go to the NBA. He will represent BYU well there.

Looks like we are about to lose our @BYUfootball season tickets that we’ve had for 16 years all because of a couple days separating us from people paying an extra $1,000. This whole system is broken. Zero loyalty to the die hard fans. Truly terrible thing. Sucks. #BYUFootball

@BYUGuy87 @BradWitbeck We can sit here 200 years later and try to pick apart what we think Joseph did or didn’t do and why, but one fact will always remain. The Book of Mormon exists. You can try to prove it false, but those arguments are as easily rebuked as proven. If it’s true, he’s a prophet.

Wow this was quite the insightful and thought provoking soliloquy! Thank you for sharing all your in depth thoughts, research, and feelings on all of these things. Very intriguing discourse. I’ve never heard that theory before about the women mostly being pregnant, that definitely adds nuance and context. As does the printing press being antagonistic and potentially harmful to the physical wellbeing of the church; I have heard this but need to research more and will. To be truthful I still have some sincere reservations and doubts about the history and choices made by Joseph, but I really am grateful for your response and it does provide additional color I find interesting. Thank you. 🙂

I have an honest question for my Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint followers, intended with genuine respect. I've been studying early church history, including the church's own Gospel Topics Essays — and I'd love your perspective. How do you personally reconcile the following about Joseph Smith? And has it ever challenged your faith? 1. Married Helen Mar Kimball at 14 (he was 37) 2. Sealed himself to 11 women already married to living husbands 3. Concealed polygamy from Emma and the public (asked plural wives to keep it secret) 4. Ordered the destruction of the Nauvoo Expositor, the press about to expose it all These aren't anti-Mormon talking points — the church itself acknowledges them. I'm genuinely curious and appreciate all sincere responses. 🙏

I’m a fan of many college basketball officials, but when an official blows a call, he’s gotta give the coach a little more leeway. Unless Jaime dropped an F bomb, which I’ve never heard from him, you need to have a longer fuse. 🤷🏼‍♂️🏀

If you're mad at the players for not stepping up and helping @AJ_Dybantsa last night, I get it. But before you go off, you need to understand what actually happened. This isn't as simple as guys not caring. Let me break this down. 🧵
