not to put my two cents in but i think everyone needs to take a deep breath and remember the decision to cut multiple things isn’t made in isolation and wouldn’t be made purely because of online backlash. this is a real writers room who work as a team on the scripts+

@lacysvamp I honestly believe it was more a logistics and budget decision. With no budget increase+ more practical effects, a VFX-heavy underwater bubble scene just wasn’t happening. A crying scene could still have worked, but it probably wasn’t cut just because of clockapp complaints.
