Charlamagne launched this barrage all without divulging that he had a personal financial interest in the Caesars Time Square Casino Bid succeeding and that he (potentially) is a current stakeholder in the new Fanatics Sportsbook (launched after the failed bid). While this in and of itself could be considered plugola, what is more compelling is that Roc Nation is alleged to employ that exact tactic with other competitors (ex. smearing Gamma after RN Distro launched [allegedly], smear campaigns on Colin Kaepernick prior to announcing the strategic partnership with the NFL, etc). The congruency in methodology further illustrates that Lenard McKelvey is more closely associated with Roc Nation, than he cares to admit.
