Will be absolutely devastated if these planters go. The prevention of through traffic on Cambridge Road has made the world of difference to the safety of residents, cyclists and pedestrians who use the road. It’s also a main route on the walk to the primary and secondary schools.

@CrossCountryUK Hi, if I've booked 4 tickets for travel using 2 two together railcards and one person can no longer travel, do I need to request a refund for all 4 tickets or can I just get a refund for the two that are travelling on the same railcard?

@han_nah_han Hi there. I believe you would need to have the whole lot refunded then re-book the ticket you do need. If you booked directly through CrossCountry, you would need to speak to the Web Support Team on 0371 244 2389 (Open 7 days a week 08:00 to 22:00) ^JM
